Analysis of accident, near miss and audits to ensure trends are identified and control measures are put in place to prevent lost-time accidents and property damage.

· Analysed HSE data such as audit, accidents, enforcement & claims and undertake complex modelling to quantify risk and support the various business

· Breaking down injuries and incidents into RIDDOR, other lost time incidents, non-lost time incidents, days lost and compared the stats with past years and picked up trends/improvement/recommendation

· Analysed enforcement visits data into no action carried out by EHO/local authorities, minor action, pending action and formal action and compared it with past years and picked up trends/improvements/recommendations

· Analysed HSE audits – high score, low score and average score. Compared year-to- date and picked up trends/improvement/recommendations

· Analysed accident data into top 3 accidents/incidents by type such as manual handling, struck by object and slip, trip or fall

· Analysed accident data into top 3 accidents/incidents by location such as yard/car park, construction site and warehouse

· Created dashboard using excel so managers from 450 branches/stores can access their H&S KPI data in less than 3 minutes.
